A scripture prayer on faith

“Since the day we heard these things about you, we have continued praying for you. This is what we pray: that God will make you completely sure of what he wants by giving you all the wisdom and spiritual understanding you need; that this will help you live in a way that brings honor to the Lord and pleases him in every way; that your life will produce good works of every kind and that you will grow in your knowledge of God; that God will strengthen you with his own great power, so that you will be patient and not give up when troubles come. Then you will be happy and give thanks to the Father. He has made you able to have what he has promised to give all his holy people, who live in the light.”‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:9-12‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“I pray that God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ will be good to you and give you peace.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭1:3‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“My brothers and sisters, you will have many kinds of trouble. But this gives you a reason to be very happy. You know that when your faith is tested, you learn to be patient in suffering. If you let that patience work in you, the end result will be good. You will be mature and complete. You will be all that God wants you to be. Do any of you need wisdom? Ask God for it. He is generous and enjoys giving to everyone. So he will give you wisdom. But when you ask God, you must believe. Don’t doubt him. Whoever doubts is like a wave in the sea that is blown up and down by the wind. People like that are thinking two different things at the same time. They can never decide what to do. So they should not think they will receive anything from the Lord.”

‭‭James‬ ‭1:2-8‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“You began your life in Christ with the Spirit. Now do you try to complete it by your own power? That is foolish.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:3‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“So I tell you to ask for what you want in prayer. And if you believe that you have received those things, then they will be yours. When you are praying and you remember that you are angry with another person about something, forgive that person. Forgive them so that your Father in heaven will also forgive your sins.””

‭‭Mark‬ ‭11:24-25‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“Fear can be a trap, but if you trust in the Lord, you will be safe.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭29:25‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“But let those who trust in you be happy forever. Protect and strengthen those who love your name. Lord, when you bless good people, you surround them with your love, like a large shield that protects them.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭5:11-12‬ ‭ERV‬‬

““ Lord, you made this promise to me and my family. Now, keep your promise forever. Do what you said you would.”

‭‭1 Chronicles‬ ‭17:23‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“Listen closely to what I say. Listen to me so that you will live. I will make an agreement with you that will last forever. It will be an agreement you can trust, like the one I made with David— a promise to love him and be loyal to him forever.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55:2-3‬ ‭ERV‬‬

““So remember that the Lord your God is the only God, and you can trust him! He keeps his agreement. He shows his love and kindness to all people who love him and obey his commands. He continues to show his love and kindness through a thousand generations,”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭7:9‬ ‭ERV‬‬

“I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart. I will tell about the wonderful things you have done. You make me happy, so I will rejoice in you. God Most High, I praise your name.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭9:1-2‬ ‭ERV‬‬

In Jesus name, Amen
