How do you make it through?

You have known the Holy Scriptures since you were a child. These Scriptures are able to make you wise. And that wisdom leads to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by God. And all Scripture is useful for teaching and for showing people what is wrong in their lives. It is useful for correcting faults and teaching the right way to live. Using the Scriptures, those who serve God will be prepared and will have everything they need to do every good work. (2 Timothy 3:15-17 ERV)

I was asked the other day to share what scripture I was standing on, there are so many that it was difficult to decide. I use many scriptures to help me make it through difficult times.

When I don’t understand what’s happening and my spirit is low I have to remind myself with
Rom 8:28………… “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Or this one
John 16:33……… “In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

When my soul is weary and I feel as if I can’t go on I remember
Josh 1:9………… “Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed,
for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
And
1Chr 22:18…….. “And has He not given you rest on every side?”
Oh yeah and,
2Chr 20:17…….. “You will not need to fight this battle. Position yourselves,
stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you,…”

When I get weary with my calling I need to remember

Col 3:23………. “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,…

When the world tells me no, well I say, Eph 3:20……….”…(God) is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us…”

When my needs exceed my income I remind myself,
Mt 6:8…………”your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.”
And
And Ps 34:10……….”…those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.”
Oh yeah and never forget
Phil 4:6……….”Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let you requests be made known to God; …”

So this is just a glimpse of how I handle this crazy worlds Oh how I love The Lord, his word and his works are perfect.
