These definitions are easy to look up, write out or even talk about but practice, that’s what makes it perfect.
It’s impossible to understand great faith if you have never needed to have great faith. October is breast cancer awareness month and in my mind, every survivor and everyone who has succumbed to cancer has great faith. How could you allow doctors to cut out the cancer, perform radiation or chemo on the one and only body you get in this life if you don’t believe it will make a difference?
But what if it’s not quite that severe, what kind of faith do you need when you are scared, broke, hungry, losing your mind, children acting up, spouse is on the way out the door, losing a job aging parents getting sick, moving in or passing away? What kind of faith do you need for the day to day stuff?
We are all faced with opportunities to use our faith. Everyday you have to make a decision to trust God no matter what your situation looks like. The enemy will try to convince you that God is not concerned with the little stuff in your life. That’s a lie!
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord , endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.
Psalms 138:8 NKJV

You need to remember a few things:
You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
Isaiah 26:3 NKJV

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 NKJV

He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord .
Psalms 112:7 NKJV

One more thing, there were people in the bible who had great faith and then there is you, your faith is sufficient, don’t give up, don’t quit, trust God in all things, what do you have to lose?
Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!
