Forever, always must I Love You…
F.A.M.I.L.Y.
Most important of all, love each other deeply, because love makes you willing to forgive many sins.

When I think of my family, The Mitchell’s all I can remember from my earliest memory is love. My grandfather Theodore would have all of us kids together as often as possible. I can remember riding in his Cadillac 6 or more kids deep heading to Detroit to see his siblings, eating White Castle staying at his Sisters , Aunt Sola huge house. She would put us in separate rooms and we would all end up in one room. We would all go over to aunt Charlie Mae ‘s, one thing I knew for sure Aunt Jean was going to be there and so many more. We would go over cousin Margie’s house we would be together. We would go over Uncle James house, Family was inbred in us, we spent our holidays together, we got together for no reason at all. I can remember us being a singing group, Reggie would boss us all around but we could not sing or dance, no matter how hard he tried. I remember the aunts in the kitchen cooking and us kids eagerly waiting on the food to get done so we could smash.
What I’m talking about is family, love unlimited. A place where the kids have unconditional love to grow up with. Where you know your back is covered. That’s what I had growing up. I knew my uncles would be there if I called, my aunts would talk to you and help guide and protect you.
As lay another one of the great 8 down, we are united in our love for each other. We stick together 1st cousin to 99th we are family.
Family I’m going to take liberty with this scripture to make a point.
If you keep quiet now, help and freedom for your children and our family will come from another place. But you and your father’s family will all die. And who knows, maybe you have been chosen to be the minister, evangelist, counselor, teacher or friend for such a time as this.”
Esther 4:14 ERV
